In fact, aside from an autoplay setting and a “light switch” that turns the rest of the surrounding screen dark, viewers are given no options at all. Streams are left in one HD resolution which certainly won’t suit those getting charged for data on a 4G connection or stuck behind a low-bandwidth connection at work, school, or their local WiFi-equipped McDonald’s.
