Hardcore, in the context of pornography, generally just means you can see actual penetration or direct genital contact. That's hardly pushing the boundaries of acceptability, yet some viewers find that this is about as far as they'd like their porn to go into the hardcore world. A softer approach more interested in eroticism than carnality is as popular as ever in the adult entertainment world and Gentle Desire is another site attempting to possess its own portion of the market and your erotic attention. In High Definition movies as attractive to the eye as the gorgeous European models it hosts, Gentle Desire's attention to the smallest details should widen your eyes and boost your appetite in no time. Having started in 2013 producing couple-friendly porn for European television, this Stiffia-operated startup has only just begun to dazzle erotic hardcore fans with its work. At $29.95-a-month, Gentle Desire's cost straddles affordability the way its models straddle each others soapy legs in the shower or ride their lover on a messy double bed. Pros:
Gentle Desire brings a more delicate touch to explicit sex than most production outfits. Although you're still given visual access to everything, the camera often hangs back to give a full view of the bodies moving together and capture a fuller atmosphere. There's still lots of makeup in use, so expect some models to look a little too glammed-up for bathroom scenes, but for some that only increases the heat.

Speaking of models, Gentle Desire taps into a brilliant young generation of European performers, shooting athletic, curvaceous, tanned, and pale bodies equally well. Anita Bellini is probably the best known woman here but don't discount the likes of redhead Denisa Heaven, delightfully thick Billie Star, or dark-eyed spinner Mia Manarote who also do fine work.

Gentle Desire falls just a tiny touch short of absolute visual splendor. Videos stream and download in peak 1080p frames and photo galleries deliver brilliant quality at a maximum resolution of 5760px. Although videos don't yet reach 4K, perhaps that's the next phase of Gentle Desire. As they stand, though, every update here looks superb.

Although a small site with less than fifty scenes available, Gentle Desire is now available for half its normal price, $14.95 getting you in the door to sample this Stiffia-supported site's latest efforts. Content does not arrive dated but does offer a production year: 2016, a welcome sight.

Cons:
Zipped photo galleries often unzip to another compressed format that, again, must be decompressed. A tedious number of decompression actions must be made until the gallery's images are individually viewable. Some galleries seem a little over-enlarged; perhaps they were lower-res and have been given a hike. The closer you look, the hazier the images seem to be.

Gentle Desire hosts many fetching fornicators but it doesn't give an easy way to check out the full roster. Without a model index, you're given no choice but to scan the updates, hope your chosen model is properly identified, then manually search for her name. Also, the sign-up page shows stunning British brunette Ava Dalush; I wonder how long it will take for her scene to appear.

Based on the idea that it should be suitable for viewing by couples, Gentle Desire seems to aim for a kind of ethereal naturalism. Unfortunately, many performers exaggerate their reactions and their pleasure for the viewers, resulting in some scenes that are stiff and seem lacking genuine passion or lust.

The same can't be said for Gentle Desire's members, who receive no bonus sites or content at the outset. It looks like a rewards program aims to grant longterm subscribers access to more Stiffia content over time, but a small site such as this could use an initial boost.

Conclusion:
Gentle Desire seems to be aiming to be at the top of the erotic hardcore heap, but with only a few dozen scenes, some photo downloading issues, and some badly exaggerated performances, it'll take a little work to get there. Softer takes on hardcore have proven very common in recent years and, though popular, they're running out of their fifteen minutes, many of them. As a new launch, Gentle Desire comes late to the party but does make an admirable effort. Treated as more standard hardcore fare, these 1080p HD pornstar-starring movies work quite nicely. Compared to the better efforts in the genre, however… Navigation issues are present and problematic but could be easily sorted with a few modifications. Photo galleries look oddly enlarged, up-sized from smaller resolutions; or they may just be unnecessarily hazy. Stiffia, a huge network with many fingers in many pies, supports Gentle Desire but network access is not included in the smaller site's membership packages, leaving viewers with just 35 scenes, and not especially great ones, for their money. Gentle Desire has some work ahead but could easily mold itself into a more significant player in this now overplayed niche.
