X Movies review

If you were a pirate hunting around for a treasure trove loaded with hardcore pornographic materials, where would you make camp and start digging? I don’t know about you fellas, but a site called X Movies is begging to be entered, ransacked, and stripped bare by a home viewer with an insatiable appetite for vicarious carnal pleasures. It’s called X Movies, for goodness’ sake; if that doesn’t make you want to dig in without reservation, what could? Those who do immerse themselves in X Movies’ treasures will find more than 3,500 adult DVD titles, each bearing at least three scenes, often more, in which you can witness all the depraved and decadent acts top-tier pornstars are paid handsomely to perform, and all for a discounted membership price courtesy of me, your friendly neighborhood porn reviewer, Mr. Pink!

Pros:
X Movies is a great looking site, very clean, very professional, that functions extremely well for its size. The Categories menu on the left of your page gives you immediate access to collections of Fetish, Interracial, and Squirting DVDs (among other niches), and you can even Favorite a particular title so you can easily locate it again.

With over three-and-a-half-thousand DVD titles already online, there’s an absolute shit-ton of porn here. Content is sourced from many major porn studios and stars some of the most engaging and thrilling pornstars on the planet - Lauren Phoenix, Brooke Banner, and Eve Lawrence to name but a few.

Not content with hosting such a huge DVD archive, the X Movies crew add a new title to the site’s collection at least once, sometimes twice, a day. As each DVD holds between three and five scenes, that’s a great daily dose of hardcore smut.

Never pleased about leaving his readers to pay full price, Mr. Pink has again snagged you guys a totally killer deal that knocks twelve bucks off the regular $29.95 monthly cost of an X Movies membership, bringing it down to just $17.95.

Cons:
As with almost every adult DVD site on the ‘net, nothing here at X Movies is exclusive and could very well be found at the next DVD site you examine, in your existing collection (pull out those dusty old DVD-Rs, buddy), or your local adult entertainment store.

DVD quality may have been the best home viewers could hope for a few years ago, but now they demand Blu-Ray quality High Definition content, something which X Movies hasn’t yet been able to offer.

The inside, members’ area of a site should be free of outside advertising material, right? After all, you’ve paid to get inside, why should you be inundated with promo graphics and banner ads for third party companies? That, unfortunately, is the case within the otherwise cosy confines of X Movies.

Conclusion:
X Movies is in a bit of a pickle right now, but that doesn’t mean it’s suffering; far from it. With an ever-increasing archive of fantastically enjoyable porno DVDs coming from a wide variety of studios and production houses, there’s an almost never-ending supply of great beat-off material here, many of the titles starring some of the world’s best pornstars and featuring all kinds of sexual activity; it’s just that none of it is in HD, which most home viewers agree is, like, totally fucking awesome. It’d be great to see X Movies be one of the first DVD download sites to add Blu-Ray-sourced titles to their archive, but somehow I doubt they’ll get that coup. In any case, at just $17.95 per month (for Mr. Pink’s readers, at least), X Movies offers a huge collection of thrilling porno adventures. Can you pass it up?
