Overview:
Remember when everyone was all up on that Slumdog Millionaire movie? Man, was that annoying. I know some of you might disagree with me, but that movie was almost totally unwatchable. The glorified sanctity of the people of Mumbai, questionable treatment of actors, and God awful music that accompanied the over-contrasted images to the absurd (and somewhat condescending) dance sequences, shitty lead actor, and horrible subtitling shtick made me find almost nothing worth noting about “Slumdog”. Except, that is, for Freida Pinto. The 24-year-old Indian actress/model lit up the screen in a way that Anglo actresses seem incapable of doing. Only Catherine Deneuve on her best day could hold a candle to Pinto’s radiance. Who would’ve thought that a shitty little (Oscar winning) movie would produce the next face of L’Oreal, let alone the subject of many a beat-off fantasy? Really, when you think about it, Freida Pinto is at least partially responsible (along with Aishwarya Rai, I suppose) for the current surge of sexual interest in women from sub-continental Asia. Now that interest has been crystallized in Indian Sex Lounge, a rather crudely named but nonetheless intriguing porn site that offers Indian women and nothing else. Indian Sex Lounge allegedly only costs $7.50 a month - damn, that’s cheap – but that price is listed as an “Incredible 24 Hour Offer.” Whether or not that price only stands until tomorrow, we’ll soon find out. First, let’s see what these Punjabi poon producers have to offer. With a total of 470 scenes already online, HD videos, hi-res photos, thrice weekly updates, and a gaggle of bonus video feeds, it looks like there’s plenty to take in here at Indian Sex Lounge. Let’s not waste any more time out here in the boondocks and hit downtown Mumbai for some hardcore Indian-style fucking!

Indian Sex Lounge’s members’ area is tastefully designed with some eastern flair. A menu bar sits at the top of the page and points the way to all worthwhile areas of the site: Home, Movie Scenes, Photos, Models, Stories, News, Feeds, Tube, Help, and Favorites. A content counter tells us that there are currently 470 movies and 160 galleries online which, while not a huge amount, should satisfy most folks with a passing interest in Indian chicks getting nailed. The most recent updates follow these menus and offer direct links to the freshest content. Members have a few ways to find the content they’re most interested in, the most obvious being the master Movie Scenes list. Giving you such information on each video as date of upload, file size, running time, categorie [sic], and rating (as determined by the sites members), as well as the requisite thumbnail preview and title, this master list will suit almost everybody’s browsing needs, largely because, let’s face it, there aren’t a lot of well known Indian pornstars – at least, not yet.

After finding a scene that you’re interested in, you’ll have the option of streaming or downloading the video either in parts or as one full-length clip. The streams, while not the greatest the web has ever seen, are easily good enough for most viewers. There are, however, a few odd things going on with the downloadable vids. Spelling errors and uncorrected typos abound; running times and file sizes aren’t always correct; and, oddly, all the WMVs I tried downloading turned out to be MP4 files instead. (I prefer MP4s and as such wasn’t disappointed, although I’m sure some Windows-based users will be.) The videos that are available in HD (only about five scenes at the time of writing) reach 1280x720 pixels and look fantastic. Good lighting and competent camera work flatter the Indian beauties on display; at least, some of the time. Unfortunately, far too much of the content available here features less-than-gorgeous girls shot in a most unappealingly amateur way, giving them the short end of the digital ugly stick. The not-so-stunning models are usually stuck being shown in 608x288 WMV format – ahh, there it is! – making them even less appealing than they already were. If only Indian Sex Lounge could provide more of that stellar HD content… that’d be, like, fuckin’ awesome and shit.

Photo galleries feature an average of 50 to 60 shots, most of which reach a resolution of 563x750 pixels. While they’re by no means outstanding, the photos do give you a decent look at the models. The models again pose a bit of a problem here – some of them are obviously into the idea of being fucked on film, while others, not so much. These reluctant amateurs seem to squirm around and try to avoid full-on physical contact with the fella (usually a lucky Indian guy who’s avoiding a job at an American-run call center), which translates to pretty staid and lackluster scenes far too frequently. But hey, there are zip files! Zips are cool, right?

As far as bonuses go, Indian Sex Lounge members get to feast on sex scenes from Bollywood movies, user-submitted Indian-themed clips (check out Hooney [sic] Moon!), ten hardcore video feeds that cover the standard hardcore niches you find in these kinds of free bonus feeds all the time, and a site elegantly titled Budapest Bukkake. When browsing Indian Sex Lounge, you’ll undoubtedly stop to stare at the shapely form of one Sunny Leone. Don’t get too excited, though, as Sunny’s site isn’t included in your $24.95 monthly membership fee. “Hey, what happened to $7.50? I was promised $7.50!” Well that’s only if you sign up for a year at a time, which is something I wouldn’t exactly be recommending just yet. A nice Lamb Saag, however, is. Mmmm…curry! Before you rush off to Patel’s for some naan with your homies, scope these factoids, yo. They’ll help you out, I swear.

Pros:
- A handful of the Indian models are some of the most gorgeous women I’ve seen doing porn in quite a while - but just a handful.

- The bonus video feeds bring a lot of extra content to the site, most of which is good quality.

- The HD videos look fantastic!

- Slideshows and zip downloads brighten an otherwise dismal photo selection.

Cons:
- With only five High Definition scenes currently online, there’s a lot of work to be done in the HD department.

- Many of the models can’t compete with the beauty of Priya Rai, one of the industry’s leading Indian talents.

- WMV links often end up giving you MP4s. What’s the deal-io, yo?

- There’s just something lacking on Indian Sex Lounge; something I can’t quite put my finger on…oh wait, it’s quality!

Conclusion:
Maybe it’s the dusty air or the water flowing through the Ganges, but something is producing a shitload of gorgeous Indian women and we, the lucky public, finally get to see them naked and fucking! (Well, at least in theory.) It’s a pity that the models featured on Indian Sex Lounge are, for the most part, fairly unattractive, as the site would otherwise be getting close to top quality. As of right here, right now, there’s just not enough pizzazz to make a lasting impression, save for a few special HD scenes you could just download, never returning to the site that birthed them. I wish Indian Sex Lounge the best of luck. After all, there aren’t many sub-continental porn sites out there and the sex industry, just like all others, thrives on variety.
