Overview:
Gonzo porn sounds like something that might be unearthed from the dusty vaults of Hunter S. Thompson's basement; thankfully, for the good of mankind, that is not the case. However, considering that he was quite an outlandish and outspoken character, I'm sure Thompson would've approved of the content that is hosted on More Gonzo, with everything from huge-titted girls and cumshot swapping to ass invasions and spunky teens getting schooled in the art of fuck. No matter where your specific tastes lie, if you like your porn hot, steamy and debauched, you'll love what's in store for you at More Gonzo.

More Gonzo is an interesting type of site - not quite a network and not quite a standalone website, it offers a selection of the best scenes from the thoroughly enjoyable and highly reputable DEV8 network: Tamed Teens, young girls getting schooled in the sexual arts; All Internal, hot and sticky creampie action; Ass Traffic, anal slamming of the highest quality; Prime Cups, massive mammaries on supremely fuckable broads; Give Me Pink, close-up recordings of female masturbation; and Sperm Swap, a site that gives new meaning to the phrase "share the wealth". If you've read the reviews and checked out the individual sites in question yet remain unconvinced of their singular worth, More Gonzo is definitely what you need. Only the hottest material from these various sources is added to More Gonzo, truly making it a Best of DEV8 collection.

Jumping right into it, you'll find the site easy to browse thanks to its clean and straightforward web design and navigation system. Scenes can be found via the tabs in the menu bar at the top of every page. Clicking "Movies From?" will give you a link to each movie categorized by the site it usually calls home, "All Updates" will give you a list of exactly that and "Top Movies" shows the selections sorted by overall user rating.

The new videos are added in quite an odd way, to quote the DEV8 boys, "our Movies are updated daily - one part per movie is added each day until the movie is completed. The last part is always the full movie downloadable in one part as a DVD quality WMV file." This can be quite frustrating if you're anxious to see a particular performer get railed from beginning to messy, messy end. Once they've been online for a while, videos are dropped to make way for the latest updates - and with six sites each providing a weekly addition, your favorite video won't be online for too long (although the archive is currently 120 scenes strong).

Once you've found a clip or full scene and enjoyed the hell out of it, you can find more selections to check out by using the integrated tagging system. At the top of each scene page, you'll see the performers' names presented as hotlinks that lead to a listing of every other scene she/they have done on a DEV8 site. Similarly, there's also a button giving the name of the site this particular scene originally came from; clicking this button will show everything else from that site that has been adopted by More Gonzo. Disappointingly, some of the better navigation tools from DEV8's other sites are missing here. The great Action Search is nowhere to be found, as are the model profile pages and user reviews sections.

The content offered by other DEV8 sites has been thoroughly covered in previous reviews, so there's little need to go over it again here - suffice it to say that the content covers a substantial array of niches, has a great professional look without losing that Gonzo roughness and the women are all very attractive and enthusiastic performers.
The mostly WMV format videos are all well produced and are offered in a few different resolutions (320x240, 640x480, 960x576), the lowest of which can also be streamed from within your web browser. The High Definition content offered on most DEV8 sites is not available here and that's a real bummer, man, as the truly impressive HD videos were one of the major selling points of those sites. Not including them here makes More Gonzo feel like a thrice-dubbed VHS tape instead of the widescreen, surround sound cinema experience it should be.

Aside from the videos, you also get two collections of images with every scene. The first, and most forgettable, is a gallery containing a few hundred screenshots taken directly from videos. These caps hit a resolution peak of 1920x1080 pixels when downloaded via the available zip archives. Unfortunately the quantity of images in the second gallery is nowhere near as plentiful, with an average of only 30 photographs to be found. These photos are, however, very nicely presented, at a maximum resolution of 1500x1000 that shows some great detail and vibrant color. The photos, like the screenshots, can be downloaded in a zipped archive.

Membership to More Gonzo runs a nickel shy of $30 for a month's membership. If you'd prefer, you can elect to select the 3-day limited trial membership for $2.95. If you like what you see during your trial period but are still hesitant to sign up to a site with no HD vids, then why not treat a single month's membership at More Gonzo as an extended, full access trial so you can decide which of the available niche sites you'd most prefer to devour on a daily basis?  If you're up in the air, even about the 3-day trial, let me offer some final advice.

Pros:
- A good variety of scenes are available that should provide most people with at least a few exciting updates per week. As a sampler of what's on offer from the source websites, this is a very good selection.

- As with other sites on this network, a $2.95 3-day limited trial is available that only grants access to thumbnails, reviews and trailers but still can give you a thorough indication of what's in store for full members.

- The video download options should satisfy most users and the picture galleries are a pleasing addition.

Cons:
- The rotation of movies is somewhat frustrating. If you only have a More Gonzo membership then you'll want to download everything you can just in case you find yourself wanting it when it's left the available roster.

- No HD is a huge, huge disappointment. Without it, the site feels like it's missing an integral part of the DEV8 experience.

- There are only 120 movies currently online; that's going to be too few for the picker, more demanding users out there.

- As More Gonzo is somewhere in between a network pass and an standalone website, it often ends up reminding you just how great a full access DEV8 network pass program would be.

Conclusion:
The different styles of fucking found on More Gonzo are certainly appetizing, but with its rotation system and lack of HD options you'll likely find yourself wishing you'd joined the site that caters to your particular needs instead.  A sampler site such as this works well, but it can never be as worthwhile as a full network membership. If DEV8 offered something more wide reaching it'd definitely be worth the asking price.
