Overview:
If you still make semi-regular late-night trips to the convenience store to buy mysterious publications that the clerk always tosses into brown paper bags, dude, you're doing it old school. Nobody buys magazines anymore, especially not the kind that you hide under your mattress. Those who aren't still living in the dark ages get all their printed porno on the internet. Yeah, I know you can't tack your monitor to the toilet wall like you used to with centerfolds, but you can always print out a few shots of your fave babe for decorative purposes. The advantages to reading mags online far outweigh the negatives; they never get old and crusty, there's no embarrassing exchange with the counter clerk, you don't have to worry about your wife, maid, or mother finding them when she changes your soiled bed sheets. I could go on and on and on.

The Score Group publishing company has a long and illustrious history or producing adult magazines, mostly those that focus on that tried-and-tested winning component of all porn: big tits. Now that they've decided to throw all of their issues, both current and back, on the Scoreland website, you can gaze to your heart's content at all manner of babes, both big breasted and small (but mostly big).

Noted German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer once said, "It is only at the first encounter that a face makes its full impression on us," and, while he died almost 150 years before Scoreland was thrown into the vast vacuum of cyberspace, he could very well have been commenting on the sad state of the sites' design. If you haven't checked it out already, you'll definitely note that Scoreland looks like an Angelfire user designed it in 1995. Everything looks terribly dated (at least at first), and if it wasn't for a Google parody entitled Booblist, you could be forgiven for assuming the site was a long lost relic from the dial-up days.

Scoreland doesn't just host an incredible number of issues of such magazines as 18 Eighteen, Voluptuous, New Cummers, 40 Something and, of course, Score, but there's also a fairly plentiful assortment of semi-exclusive videos and new photo shoots to be had in their archives. These can be found by clicking on the Videos or Galleries tabs found in the top menu bar. There are also tabs for Magazines, Our Models, ScoreTV and My Score Sites; I'll explain each of them in detail momentarily. The videos found in the Score Theater are typically taken from other sites maintained by the Score Group but are definitely a nice addition to what would otherwise just be a magazine archive. The Galleries section is filled with miscellaneous photo shoots, convention snapshots and even artwork that praises preposterously sized mammaries.

The ScoreTV section contains interview videos with nine performers; My Score Sites is a listing of the bonus sites a Scoreland membership will also grant you access to (including the personal sites of Cherry Brady, Lorna Morgan, Sammie Black and more); the Our Models section is an alphabetically arranged index of each and every performer to grace the physical or digital pages of a Score publication. After selecting a model, you're taken to her profile page, which links to every scene or shoot she currently has online along with some brief biographical information. Links to the Score online store are also provided, pointing you in the direction of this particular performer's available products.

Since the vast majority of Scoreland is devoted to magazine issues, it makes sense to focus our investigation there and, as you'll find if/when you jump into that section headfirst, it's a pretty densely packed area. Keeping in line with the rest of the bosomy content, let's use Score's eponymous flagship rag as our testing ground. Hitting up the Score magazine archive gives you a handful of options including current issue, back issues, Legends of the Past, Couples, Showgirls, Tit to Tit, Score Studio and Natural Wonders. Most of these are merely browsing or categorizing options and don't lead to anything you won't find in the regular issues. Speaking of which, after clicking on Back Issues, you're presented with 14 years worth of content to trawl through, from 1992 to 2008 ('95, '96 and '97 don't make appearances for some reason), but not all months are currently online.

Still, there is a massive amount of material ready for the taking. Shoots are downloadable as zipped archives in either 800x600 or 1024x768 pixel resolution (even the earliest issues, too). The most recent issues, however, can be found with a maximum resolution of 1600x1063 and are also available for viewing individually from your browser window or as a Flash slideshow. The photos are all fairly well produced but tend to look a little bland when compared to more high-end magazines. The older content understandably looks very dated, but some people are into that "revisiting past beat-offs" thing, so I guess it's not a waste of bandwidth or anything like that. One huge problem that Scoreland suffers from is its constantly frustrating navigation system. There are many inconsistencies between the different sections (hi-res pics here, low-res pics there, etc.) and finding content that you know you're going to enjoy is often a hassle. That said, there are a number of models and photo shoots that will undoubtedly arouse most viewers.

Membership to the Scoreland site is going to cost you $19.95 a month. Dedicated big-boob fans would do well to remember that membership comes with 10 bonus breast-focused websites. There's also a limited access 3-day trial membership available for $2.95 and, if you're still undecided about whether or not to sign up, it's the best way to figure it out. I know you want to know more but really, without inviting you over to my place for an internet browsing lesson, all I can do is reiterate the following positive and negative points.

Pros:
- Do you love big boobs? Of course you do; everyone does. Scoreland has tons of galleries featuring women with enormous tits, both natural and artificially aided.

- The content is all original; you won't find the content of the magazine archives anywhere else online.

- The varieties of magazines available cover a pretty decent range of porno types.

- Updates are made twice a day with a few rare exceptions.

Cons:
- Even though there are hundreds of magazine issues hosted online, those of us who like porn to look fresh and modern are likely to be underwhelmed.

- The navigation system is pretty abysmal, leading to frustrating and futile browsing.

- Image sizes are still a little low, especially when viewed via the on-site gallery.

- Many of the models, especially those featured in 40 Something, don't just look past their prime, they're flat out unattractive.

- Many of the busty women are unfortunately just BBW models with slightly less meat on their bones.

Conclusion:
Scoreland is an impressively ambitious undertaking for Score Group's online team - getting every issue of their magazines digitized and uploaded is no mean feat. Unfortunately for them (and us) the convoluted navigation, frequent appearance of unattractive models, and an unprofessional, dated design make the idea of giving them 20 bucks each month a bit of a toss up.
