Overview:
The Boss XXX sounds like it'd have an upper-working-class, politically minded, critically acclaimed Springsteen lookalike banging chicks all day long but it's not quite that. It is a website that does feature a young buck interviewing and then banging young Latina girls but there's nary an unfathomably earnest rock n roll song to be found. Boooyah!

A membership to The Boss XXX, up there for the Most Awkwardly Titled Porno Site 2008, runs only $9.95 per month but, I hear you enquire of me, what exactly comes with that membership and is it worth spending my hard earned cyber-bread on? Thankfully I am here once again to save you some bacon!

Members will initially be pleased to note that The Boss XXX employs a simple and sparse website design that means minimal clutter surrounding the goodies and a frustration free browsing experience. Well, to be fair, fairly frustration free. While the site looks nice and functions well there are more than a couple of issues with the content that may prevent 100% customer satisfaction.

The main page lists the most recent update as well as the soonest upcoming addition. All other episodes are shown beneath the update display. Each episode is represented here by a small image of the girl in question along with her name and the date the scene was added. The girls, mostly Latinas with a few other ethnicities thrown in, are unfortunately not that good-looking. There's the occasional babe but it looks like the video producers didn't exactly dish out the really big bucks for some truly stunning sluts here. It may sound cruel but hey, it's the truth.

Each scene features one of these amateur "babes" being coaxed into stripping, blowing and finally fucking the cameraman (or a buddy) for some good old green stuff and I'm not talking about a fungal infection. These gals are after money and they're willing to do almost anything to get it. There are around 130 different scene videos to check out, and their accompanying screenshot galleries, if you're so inclined. The movies are available in only one format, WMV, and in two size options. Choosing "Hi" gives you the chance to stream or download a 468x360 pixel video that's acceptable in regard to both the technical and entertainment standard. The vids aren't particularly clear or brilliant and the pixilation is far too evident when expanded to full-screen. The smaller movies (320x256) are obviously even poorer. There definitely needs to be a video upgrade here, Boss.

Along with the videos, each scene has a gallery of still images. More often than not these still galleries contain only screenshots of the very same videos I just spoke of. Also being of poor 460x348 resolution, these galleries don't do much to satisfy anyone who's been around the online block at least once.

The good news - Yes! There is some good news! is that membership to The Boss XXX also permits you to take full advantage of other sites on the Incredible Pass network. The content of these sites is varied and plentiful but also suffers from the same technical limitations as the Boss's clips. The action across the network is generally better than what the Boss has to offer but the, uh, standards of, uh, beauty are about the same.

This doesn't sound too appealing, does it? Be that as it may, the Boss and his "beauties" aren't a total waste of cyber-space.

Now that it's come time to wrap this review up can you guess what the verdict will be? Will the positives outweigh the negatives? Will The Boss shoot me an angry email littered with typos, bad grammar and thinly veiled threats of violence? Only time (and the following dozen lines) will tell!

Pros:
- There are 130 exclusive scenes that are well worth checking out if you're into young Latina amateurs getting slammed in the pussy on camera.

- The Incredible Pass network features a hell of a lot of content and you're given access to the whole shebang with a Boss XXX membership.

- Good site design and layout makes for easy surfing and mostly trouble-free navigation.

- At it's discount rate of only $9.95 per month, the price of membership is very appealing.

Cons:
- The girls aren't super hot and neither is the sex. There are a few boner inducers but I hope you don't have your standards set too high when visiting this site.

- Videos are sorely in need of a technical upgrade. Low resolutions and lots of digital artifacts make for poor image quality.

- One update a week probably isn't enough for a big time Latina amateur fan.

Conclusion:
I'm not quite sure what The Boss is the boss of, but it sure ain't porn sites. Some areas such as price, bonus sites, design and navigation are really well done but there are also too many improvements needed for this to be a standout website. C'mon, Boss, get to work!
