Pros:
Kevin Moore's shooting style focuses on one thing: asses. His camera takes a POV position as he enjoys his hand-selected cast members' asses, having them change into a variety of undergarments and wiggle their derrieres in center frame. Sometimes he just dry-humps the crack of their asses, slinging a thong thread over his cock, but in other scenes he's blown or properly fucks the girls before shooting over their rumps.

Panty Pops features stunning performances from porn's hottest, tightest asses. Like most Evil Angel sites, the content online at Panty Pops isn't entirely exclusive. While DVDs often premiere on this site, it's hardly rare for them to appear on other sites first. Videobox already hosts four Panty Pops DVDs, almost half this site's archive, and although they're not delivered in HD formats, this fact does render Panty Pops (the site) nonexclusive.

With only 88 scenes, Panty Pops isn't an especially large site. Furthermore, updates aren't made on a regular schedule and instead arrive as little as two weeks or as much as one month apart. Perhaps Moore should consider combining Panty Pops with his tights-focused Spandex Loads endeavor for one garment-staining megasite.

Personally, I dig asses whether they're in panties or not. The inclusion of and focus on underwear at Panty Pops perfectly frames these incomparable women's asses and makes for compelling viewing, but not everyone agrees with me. Videobox commenters are especially vocal in their disapproval of Moore's shooting style, his somewhat misshaped penis, and, above all, the fact that the girls never get totally naked.

Moore recently started shooting his Panty Pops scenes with a fish-eye lens that warps the environment surrounding the asses and makes the soft, supple behinds themselves pop out in the center of the frame. Unfortunately, this makes believable POV scenes seem quite artificial. The women Moore casts have incredible asses, so why he has chosen to distort their natural curves is beyond my understanding.

Conclusion:
Kevin Moore might have as many disapproving viewers as he does devoted fans, but I challenge the former to find a site that celebrates women's asses as perfectly as Moore does here with his Panty Pops series. High Definition 720p and 1080p videos (540p streaming) capture every delectably curved inch of the derrieres of his pornstar cast in beautiful color and ample clarity; photos do much the same, though it would be nice if zipped galleries were available. Moore's recent turn to distorted fish-eye lenses is a clear misfire, but we can at least enjoy all his pre-experimentation work in stunning quality. The scenes themselves are lots of fun and the girls really seem to enjoy flirting and teasing both Moore (who does the dick-work) and their audience; threesomes are especially thrilling. Far be it from me to insist upon anything, but if you've previously disregarded Moore's Panty Pops series, I urge you to take another look at these rarely disappointing ass-tastic, panty-staining hardcore celebrations.
